The backend gives you management access to your customers’ RLConnect24 Customer Accounts. Each myRLConnect24 Customer Account can support customer account subscriptions for dashboards, alarms and scheduled tasks.
The service portal also supports direct messaging between you and your customer for service and maintenance requests using myRLConnect24.virtual’s Remote Maintenance Task Center.
