Product Evaluation Request (Try Before Buy)

Background: Red Lion Controls recognizes that certain situations will require us to supply evaluation equipment to determine if a customer’s application requirements can be met.  We can do so only when we are able to understand the complete situation to which we are responding. The invoice that is issued will be treated the same as any other invoice issued by Red Lion Controls.

Instructions: To request a Product Evaluation please submit a PO to customer.service@redlion.net. You will need to provide the following information when submitting your PO:

• In subject field of Email label Try Before Buy
• In body of email include end customer information, shipping details and date product is required
• Quantities greater than one will need to be approved by Regional VP of Sales
• Try Before Buy evaluation timeframe is 60 days. The PO provided will be billed when the product ships. In 60 days, you may either return the product or simply pay the invoice.
